What Shiftelio does not do for a retail chain
We are not a retail POS or a merchandising system. There is no billing or counter software, no inventory, stock transfer or purchase ordering, no planogram or shelf compliance checks, no footfall counting, and no sales-per-hour or conversion analytics. We cannot tell you which store sold more, only who was standing in it.
Rostering is judged against the shift you set, not against a sales forecast, so if you want staffing driven by predicted demand, that is a workforce optimisation tool and a different purchase. What we cover is attendance per store, scoped manager access, and one payroll across the chain. Most chains run a POS alongside.
