Questions owners ask
Attendance and payroll together?
Yes. Check-ins become worked hours, and worked hours become the pay cycle with overtime, advances and payslips.
How do staff mark attendance?
With the app on their phone: GPS plus a selfie that is kept with the check-in. There is no biometric machine and no face matching.
Basic phone, poor signal?
It runs on Android 7.0 or newer and on iPhone. Check-ins are saved on the phone and sent when there is signal.
Is it in Hindi?
Yes. The app is in Hindi and seven other Indian languages.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, for each payment. Add your GSTIN at checkout.
How does pricing work?
A flat yearly price per business, set by team size and number of workplaces, plus 18% GST. It is not charged per employee.
How does sign-up work?
You sign up with your email, a password and your phone number; we confirm the number with a code on WhatsApp. Later you can sign in with your password or a WhatsApp code.
Can I export to Excel?
Yes, as Excel from the main screens: attendance, the salary sheet (with PF, ESI, PT and TDS columns) and expenses.
Do WhatsApp alerts cost extra?
Yes, for WhatsApp only. Owner alerts on WhatsApp are paid per message from a prepaid balance. Telegram and app alerts are free.
